New Roommate
At the end of the last semester my roommate informed me that he was going home and he was not going to come back for the second semester. At that point I did not know what to expect. I did not now if I was going to have a room to myself or if the university would give me a roommate I did not know. About half way through Christmas break I received a friend request from someone that I did not know on Facebook. After a little bit of research on Onestart I found out he was my new roommate. My old roommate and I got along fine but we did not have that much in common. However, my new roommate and I are a lot alike and get along well. We both listen to the same kind of music and like to do the same kinds of things. I was nervous about the whole process but now I am happy with the result. I miss my old roommate but I also enjoy having a new roommate.

i live off campus, so i don't have to deal with roommates. i kinda wish i did though. i mean my roommate/mother makes my meals and does my laundry though, so i guess i'm lucky! :)

ReplyDeleteI have a single dorm.. I don't know what I would do if I had to go through the whole living with a stranger thing, especially twice!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, my last roommate was a real jerk. I had no idea that people that rude walked the earth. But, luckily he ended up moving out and I got a new roommate. We don't see each other too much, but he is alright. Definitely way better than the first. What kind of music do you listen to by the way? I think a list of top bands would be interesting on a future post or something if it isn't too much trouble. =P
